So for my second story I thought I’d be posting an update on my coding journey. I totally forgot to tell you about my German language learning experience.
That’s how lockdown boredom set in and I had a vision that Germany is my Country of origin, that I was just sent here to Nigeria for test 😒. Nobody should question me please, I have a headache.
I thought, ‘how hard could it be learning German? Is it not these people that talk with force? Is it force I cannot do? 🙄’. I downloaded Duolingo, (I’m awesome, you are welcome) and my journey began.
At first it was fun, learning the simple words like: Bread: Brot, Water: Wasser, Cat: Katze, Dog: Hund etc. till I got deeper and I realised its not that fun anymore when I got to the verb conjugations and pronouns, I had to borrow an extra brain because I was not understanding anymore.

So it won’t be as if I have coconut head. I hope you are seeing what I’m seeing?
All my Country of origin had to do was make things easy, for us. But no, they took everything on the language menu. Who invited them to the buffet?
I’m not stopping though, they are testing me right?
Or was the vision wrong?
